Abundance is often spoken about as something we create through mindset, manifestation or effort.

But abundance is shaped much more deeply.

It is influenced by how the body learned to survive, relate, express and trust life.

When the body carries patterns of contraction, scarcity or survival, abundance can feel distant — even when we consciously desire it.

This journey offers a different way of exploring abundance.

Through breathwork, nervous system awareness and the wisdom of the chakra system, we begin to gently unwind these patterns and cultivate a more embodied relationship with receiving, flow and support.

Why Abundance Can Feel Hard to Receive

Abundance is not only about money.

It shows up in how we relate to:

• receiving support
• trusting life
• expressing our needs
• allowing pleasure and joy
• feeling worthy of what we desire

Many of these patterns were shaped early in life and continue to live quietly within the nervous system and subconscious.

They are not failures.

They are adaptations.

 

Through breath, awareness and compassion, these patterns can begin to soften.


Abundance Moves Through Many Layers

In this journey we use the chakra system as a map of human development and consciousness.

Each centre reflects a stage of emotional, psychological and spiritual growth.

Rather than trying to jump to “more”, we explore the layers that shape how abundance is lived in the body, the emotions and our sense of self.

Through breathwork and awareness, we begin to restore flow across these layers.



The Body Is the Foundation

The nervous system plays an important role in our relationship with abundance because it governs:

• safety and survival responses
• stress and regulation
• our capacity for sensation and emotion

But abundance work is not only about calming the system.

It is also about gently updating old survival patterns, restoring choice and expanding the way we relate to ourselves and life.

Breathwork creates a direct and embodied pathway into this process.

Rather than forcing change, it allows insight, release and integration to unfold naturally.

Each week explores a different layer of our relationship with abundance

WEEK 1

Root & Sacral — Safety, Receiving & Flow

We explore how early conditioning and survival responses influence:

• our relationship with resources
• pleasure and enjoyment
• receiving support
• trust in life

Focus: grounding, regulation and emotional flow

 

WEEK 2

Solar Plexus & Heart — Worth, Power & Connection

This week explores abundance through:

• self-worth and confidence
• boundaries and responsibility
• love, trust and reciprocity

Focus: self-trust and relational abundance.

 

 

WEEK 3

Throat & Third Eye — Expression & Belief

Here we explore how abundance is shaped through:

• voice and self-expression
• subconscious beliefs
• intuition and perception

Focus: clarity, alignment and conscious choice.

 

 

WEEK 4

Meaning, Trust & Integration

In our final week we move beyond effort and into deeper trust.

Exploring:

• surrender and timing
• connection beyond control
• integrating abundance as a way of being

Focus: perspective, coherence and integration.

 

How Each Session Unfolds

Each week follows a gentle rhythm designed to support both understanding and embodied experience.

This structure allows insight, breathwork and integration to unfold gradually across the four weeks.

Teaching & Guided Reflection

We begin with a spacious teaching and enquiry segment exploring the theme of the week through psychology, conditioning and nervous system awareness.

Through gentle reflection and guided enquiry, you are invited to understand how certain patterns around abundance formed, and how they may still be influencing your life today.

This stage builds understanding, compassion and context — creating a foundation for the deeper embodied work that follows.

Conscious Connected Breathwork

The second half of each session is a guided conscious connected breathwork journey.

Here insight moves beyond the mind and into the body.

Breathwork allows subconscious and emotional layers to surface safely, creating space for awareness, release and integration.

Each journey is guided with pacing, choice and care, followed by grounding and spacious time for integration.

Integration Audio & Weekly Workbook

To support the process between sessions, you will also receive:

• a short hypnotherapy-style audio designed to reinforce safety, receiving and openness within the nervous system
• a workbook with reflection and journaling prompts each week to deepen awareness and integration

These resources allow the work to continue unfolding gently in your own time.

Consistency matters more than intensity.

Alongside the weekly sessions, you will also be supported with several additional spaces for reflection and integration.

One personal check-in call with Arpita during the programme
A mid-week optional sharing circle for community connection and reflection
A final group integration call at the end of the journey to help anchor insights and experiences

These spaces are designed to offer support, connection and integration throughout the process.

This journey takes place live online, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own space.

You are invited to create a quiet and supportive environment where you can lie down for breathwork, reflect and move gently between awareness and rest.

Being online allows the work to unfold over four weeks while remaining accessible from anywhere.

Meet Your Facilitator

Arpita Karania

Arpita’s work bridges breathwork, Vedic wisdom and nervous system awareness.

After years working as a Radiotherapy Physicist and later as an international hair and makeup artist, her own healing journey led her into breathwork, somatic work, Vedic astrology and transformational coaching.

Today she holds spaces that integrate ancient wisdom with modern nervous system understanding — guiding individuals back to safety, presence and the remembering that abundance is not something we chase, but something we rediscover within ourselves.
