Hi, I’m Arpita....

This work is deeply personal to me.

 

My path into breathwork and embodiment came through my own journey of navigating grief, emotional overwhelm and the pressure of constantly holding it all together.

For many years, I lived between structure and creativity —
working in both scientific and creative spaces —
but something in me was always searching for a deeper way of understanding the body, healing and transformation.

Through breathwork, somatic practices and spiritual teachings,
I began to reconnect with a sense of safety within myself —
and a way of being that felt more grounded, open and true.

Today, I hold spaces with care, presence and deep respect for the nervous system.

Spaces where you don’t have to perform, fix or push —
but can gently soften, feel and reconnect with yourself.

This retreat is something I feel deeply devoted to creating —
a space that is safe, held and intentional.

Holding space is something I approach with deep care and responsibility.

My work has taken me across different parts of the world,
guiding breathwork, meditation and retreat experiences —
but at the heart of it, it has always been about creating spaces where people can feel safe enough to be fully themselves.

Through my own journey, I’ve come to understand the power of slowing down,
of listening,
and of allowing what is present to unfold without force.

My approach is gentle, grounded and attentive —
meeting each person where they are,
and supporting them to reconnect with a deeper sense of presence and inner stillness.

Throughout the retreat, guest teachers will also join us —
sharing practices such as yoga, voice activation and heart-led tantric exploration, to support deeper connection, embodiment and integration.

How the Retreat Unfolds

 Each day follows a gentle, supportive rhythm —
balancing guided exploration, embodied practice and integration.

 

This allows the work to unfold gradually,
in a way the body can safely receive.

Morning — Grounding & Opening

 

We begin the day slowly,
with practices to arrive in the body.

Through gentle movement, breath and guided awareness,
you are supported to land in presence and grounding.

 

 

Midday — Exploration & Practice

 

Each day centres around a different layer of the body and chakra system.

Through teaching, somatic work and guided practices,
you’ll begin to explore the patterns, emotions and experiences held within that layer.

 

 

Breathwork Journeys

 

Throughout the retreat, we move into guided conscious connected breathwork sessions.

This is where the work becomes embodied —
allowing insight, emotion and awareness to move through the body.

Each journey is guided with care, pacing and choice,
with space for grounding and integration afterwards.

 

 

Evening — Integration & Ceremony

 

Evenings offer space to slow down and integrate.

Through reflection, sharing, somatic practices,
and experiences such as cacao, sound, voice activation and ceremony,
you are supported to gently process and land the day’s experience.

 

Space for Rest

 

Spaciousness is woven throughout the retreat.

Time to be in nature, by the Goan sea, to rest, to be with yourself —
without needing to do or achieve anything.

We begin by arriving.

Slowing down enough to notice the body,

and what is present beneath the surface.

This layer is often connected to safety, support and survival patterns.

Through grounding, breath and gentle awareness,
we begin to cultivate a sense of steadiness within the body —
a foundation for everything that follows.

Here we begin to open into the emotional body.

This layer can be connected to what hasn’t been fully felt,
expressed or allowed.

How do I know if this retreat is right for me?

Do I need prior experience with breathwork or somatic practices?

All practices are guided with care, and you are always invited to move at your own pace.

What does a typical day look like?
