These weekly breathwork circles offer a gentle space to pause.

A space to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your breath, your body and your inner awareness.

Through guided conscious connected breathwork, we allow the body to release tension, regulate the nervous system and restore a sense of balance.

Each session is an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply and return to yourself.

No experience is needed.

Simply bring your breath and an openness to the experience.

No previous breathwork experience is necessary.


What to Expect

Each weekly breathwork circle is designed to be supportive, accessible and gently guided.

Sessions typically include:

• a short grounding and arrival practice
• guidance into conscious connected breathwork
• a full breathwork journey
• time for rest and integration

The space is held in a trauma-aware, choice-led way, allowing you to move at your own pace and listen to your body throughout the experience.

Every session is unique, and you are welcome to join whenever you feel called.

Weekly Online Breathwork Circle

Live guided session via Zoom.

Duration: approximately 90 minutes

You can join from the comfort of your own home with:

• a quiet space
• a mat or comfortable place to lie down
• a blanket or cushion if needed
• headphones if possible

Meet Your Facilitator

Arpita Karania

Arpita’s work bridges breathwork, Vedic wisdom and nervous system awareness.

After many years working as a Radiotherapy Physicist and later as an international hair and makeup artist, her own healing journey led her into breathwork, somatic practices and transformational work.

Today she holds spaces that integrate ancient spiritual teachings with modern nervous system understanding.

Her work gently guides individuals back to presence, safety and connection with the intelligence of the body.

At the heart of her facilitation is a simple truth:

Wholeness is not something we become.
It is something we remember.
