Across seven days, you will be gently guided through breathwork journeys, somatic practices and a chakra-based framework — supporting deeper awareness, emotional integration and a more grounded sense of presence.
Held in the peaceful surroundings of Nalanda Retreat in Mandrem, Goa,
this experience weaves together structured practice and spacious time for rest, reflection and integration.
