My work is rooted in transformation —
not just as something I guide others through, but something I’ve lived through myself.
My path hasn’t been linear. I began in a highly structured, scientific world as a Radiotherapy Physicist, before moving into the creative industry as an international hair and makeup artist.
From the outside, people saw the results. But what they didn’t see… was the inner work behind it. There was a lot happening beneath the surface —
NLP, hypnotherapy, meditation, visualisation…and a continual process of releasing limiting beliefs, emotional patterns and subconscious stories.
Over time, I built a successful career and travelled internationally.
And yet…I had outgrown it long before I left.
There was a deeper pull. A quieter knowing.
Something in me was ready for more —but I stayed longer than I needed to.
From the outside, it looked like I had created something successful.
But internally…there were moments where I didn’t fully feel like myself.
Points where something shifted — where an old identity no longer fit,
and I didn’t yet know who I was becoming.
At first, I returned to what I knew.
Mindset work.
NLP.
Reframing and rebuilding.
But what I realised was this:
Before I could become someone new…I had to fully let go of who I had been.
That meant grieving. Feeling what I had held in my body for so long.
And allowing space for all of it to move. This is where my work deepened.
Through breathwork, somatic practices and nervous system work —
I began to understand that real transformation doesn’t happen through the mind alone.
I couldn’t think my way into a new identity.
The real shifts came when I began working with my body —processing what had been held,
creating safety within myself, and allowing something new to emerge naturally.
Over time, this became a process. One that has supported me through multiple identity shifts —personally, professionally and internally.
And now… one that I guide others through.
Today, my work weaves together:
• breathwork
• somatic and nervous system work
• meditation and inner awareness
• NLP, hypnotherapy and identity work
• embodiment and integration practices
Not as separate tools… but as a way of supporting real, lasting change.
This is the space I now hold. Not to fix or force transformation —
but to support you in safely moving through your own transition…
and becoming who you are ready to be.
