This Sacred Inner Union breathwork journey offers a deep exploration into the inner patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and life.
Together we will gently explore the dynamics between the masculine and feminine energies within us — the parts of ourselves that seek structure, direction, and protection, alongside the parts that long for expression, intuition, creativity, and flow.
Drawing inspiration from Jungian archetypal psychology, shadow integration, alchemical transformation, and the ancient wisdom of Shiva and Shakti, this journey invites you into a deeper relationship with your inner world.
Through breathwork and reflective practices, we begin bringing awareness to unconscious patterns and restoring harmony between these archetypal energies.
Each week of the journey includes:
• teachings and guided exploration of the archetypal themes of the week
• a full conscious connected rebirthing breathwork journey
