We begin with ceremonial cacao — a gentle heart-opening ritual traditionally used to support emotional awareness, presence and connection.

From this grounded space, you will be guided into a conscious connected breathwork journey designed to release stored tension, regulate the nervous system and awaken deeper inner awareness.

The experience is supported by immersive sound healing, allowing the body and mind to soften into a deeper state of relaxation and integration.
